Love to cook, recipe box!

Hello there! I'm scheduling this post, since I'm at CHA!!! Wahoo!!!! LOL :)

Here's my project for the Wild Orchid Crafts Challenge. Our theme  is "love" I made a recipe box that says Love to Cook! Which I do! I would do it a lot more if everyone in my household wasn't so darn picky! I actually made this for Diana to display Mini Magnolia World at CHA. I also made made matching recipe cards too, which I'll show you another day :)

I used so many flowers on here, I'm so happy with the way it came out.

Happy Friday!! Only 2 more days till I'm on my way to CHA! I'll be there Sunday afternoon hopefully! I'm so excited, I really need a 2 day get away. I haven't had one in... well never! LOL :)

I made this card for Fussy and Fancy our theme is Valentines without pink and red. This is also for Just Magnolia our theme over there is spots or dots. My background paper is a spotty design, it's a little hard to tell with all the layers and stuff. This card reminds me of my friend Angie. She's always using earthy tones, I just need to learn how to do her gorgeous background. She just started a Copic and Distress ink class you can check it out HERE! I used my basic grey paper pad which Angie sent me a few months back! I just love these colors and patterns!

Well I will be taking lots of photos at CHA and will post them next week. I will have my Wild Orchid Craft Challenge post scheduled for Monday and Tuesday Magnolia-licious Monthly Challenge will be up.

Charisma Guest Designer :)

Hi there! This week I was asked to be Guest Designer over at CharismaCard Challenge! How could I turn that down?! :) The theme this week is Love/Valentines. I just love this time of year.. not because the whole love, mushy, mushy but because I can really go all out with pink! My favorite color to use and the best color EVER! LOL :) I used my new stamps from my Magnolia Sweden Package! The Valentine's Magnolia Ink was also in my package and it's beautiful!!! I'm so grateful to be in a magazine with the amazingly talented Magnolia Design Team! I'm very proud to say all of the projects I sent made it into the Magazine. :)

Happy Friday everyone! Well yesterday was my baby's birthday. Katie is 4 years old now. I feel like that's the official age of non baby/toddler. Now she's a kid (stuck in a 2 year olds body) She's REALLY small for her age. Great things come in small packages, right?

I have a card for Just Magnolia. Our challenge is a sketch, by Donalda. Such a fabulous sketch it is too. I hope you can come play along.

I'm getting really excited CHA is next week and I'll be there on Sunday - Tuesday. I get to meet some amazing friends I have made through my design teams...I will be in the Scor-Pal booth with my design team sisters Diana, Angie, Barb, Suzanne and hopefully I will be able to make it over to the Stampavie booth so I can meet my Just Magnolia sister Michelle. Magnolia-licious Calendar Blog Hop!

Welcome to our Magnolia-licious Monthly Blog Hop! This month all of the Design Team has made calendar pages, I had June and July. A few months ago my friend and dt sister Angie came up with the calendar idea. We all sent our pages to Angie and she put together the calendar and sent it to Diana for Christmas. The Best Thing to hold on to ....

Hello and happy Friday everyone! I have a card today using my most favorite technique, masking. I used the normal sized hearts from the Wedding Collection, and the mini Tilda from the Yummy for your Tummy Collection. I LOVE masking. I cannot say it enough, you can make such different looking cards with the same stamps!!!

This card is for Just Magnolia our theme is My Favorite Thing.. well it's pink and has lots of flowers and Magnolias so that just about sums it up! It's also my sketch for the Fussy and Fancy Challenge!

Well I'm off, I have to finish laundry, get ready and go get the kids. Today's their early day, then we are going to visit my Nana. I haven't seen her since Christmas and she's so lonely since Papa passed. So the kids and I get some quality time with Nana. Yippie!

Cupcake Anyone???

Hi my blogging buddies! I have had a tough week. On Tuesday morning I pulled a muscle in my neck and shoulder, the pinching was so bad when I got out of bed I broke out in a cold sweat and was so dizzy I went to the floor. I was in bed all day that day. It's still sore and hurts when I drive. :( It is getting better though!

I just love this card. These Mini Magnolias are so much fun to work with. I masked all of the cupcakes and I'm so happy with how it came out. I just want to eat up those cupcakes!
